Understand the payment process and operations with payment tools.
Perform cashier duties: check bills, print bills, pay customers according to the restaurant and hotel payment process.
When receiving money from customers, the cashier will say loudly and clearly the amount of money he/she received, enter it into the machine and tell the customer how much money is left. Give change to customers by arranging it from large denominations to small denominations and spreading it in a fan shape for customers to easily check. Don't forget to thank customers for using the services of the restaurant or hotel.
Ensure the payment process for customers is accurate and fast.
Make sure the amount of cash collected matches the sales figures on the machine every day.
Prepare daily monitoring books for the cashier department.
Prepare daily revenue reports as required by the Accounting department.
Ensure cleanliness of the cashier counter area and keep cashier machines operating well.
Do other tasks as requested by Management.
