Lockdown gives us more time to think about everything in our lives. This silence also makes us appreciate many things, from family, friends, social relationships, etc. Therefore, when life is transitioning to the "New Normal", people quickly return to it. The pace of life, although bustling, is somewhat deeper.
How to safely adapt to the "new normal"?
People often talk about the North with 4 seasons: Spring, summer, autumn, winter, while the South is more "modest" with only 2 rainy and sunny seasons. No matter where you are, during this time, in everyone's mind there will now be a new season of the year: the... Covid season.
It can be said that this 4th epidemic is a "historic" time for the people of the country. Everyone had to suffer because of the pandemic, "sick" for 3 or 4 months straight. What concerns everyone more than anything is the return to "normality" of life.
Throughout its development process, DOI DEP has and still believes that there are always solutions to remove barriers and connect love in the most practical ways. Between people there must always be space to interact and enjoy happy moments together, but still ensure a safe distance during the Covid epidemic season.
Service robots in the "New Normal" days
Before Covid-19, the concept of service robots for the vast majority of Vietnamese people was still something truly strange. Meanwhile in the world, many stores, not only coffee shops but also restaurants, hotels, supermarkets,... have started using robots to serve people. Especially when the epidemic has not been completely pushed back and shows signs of returning at any time, robot application models serving humans have even more proven their advantages.
Imagine when you enter a coffee shop, the person who greets you and introduces today's special drink is not your usual employee but an adorable "robot". You can comfortably watch and choose drinks and promotions right on your baby's small screen. When the drink is ready, your baby will bring it to you, completely automatically and "5K". A safe and modern experience right in Vietnam that not everyone has experienced.
Serving "Sari robots" are currently present at many cafes in the DOI DEP system and are pleased to invite you to visit.
Epilogue
COVID-19 has taken away many things, but also brought back many things. It reminds me that there is only here, now. The appreciation of the ordinary things that we often pass by, the appreciation of this earth, this deep blue life. Thanks to technology, we are still sending each other other "languages" of love: Chats at familiar places, enjoying warm cups of tea together in the cold weather or just A cup of coffee and a few small chats are enough, right?
